Stash disappeared

Was playing ssfhc, died, character converted to ssf. Created new SSFHC char, stash from previous character is now missing. Check all other game mode types, stash is empty in all.

I only had a Standard and SSFHC character at time of death, very sad

This is exactly what happened to me. Stash completely wiped and making a new HCSSF character items are all gone. Is there any solution?

Also had my stash disappear. HCSSF character died. Kept playing. Next day, stash was gone AND stash labels reset. Previous characters in standard seem unaffected.
