Donated points to guild missing

One of the members of my guild just donated 20 points to the guild but they never showed up in the guild balance.

My donation of 15 points didn’t show up initially either, but when I rebooted the game they were there.
The 20 points my member donated though were still missing. Am I missing something? Can I retrieve them somehow?

Seems like I first had to accept the transaction from the forum and then they showed up ingame.
Is there any way to accept the transactions from the console?
