Points disapearing bug

Hello today I bought points and then they disapeared without me using them :
- I had 25 points then bought 200
- I then bought a Gem stash tab for 30
- I then clicked on 6 premium tab bundle to buy them
- It bugged and I left the game left the game
- When I came back I only had the Gem tab, I didn't get the premium tabs
- I now have 0 points when I should have 30 left and the premium tabs
