Trials of Sekhemas bug

On PS5, when you die, the return button doesn't appear. I died to the boss, but the game got stuck on the defeat message, and my minions defeated him. Now the trial is harder each time I try, and I can't progress the campaign because I can't do any other mission.

I can't complete the second SEKHEMAS test from (CRUEL ACT 2). I'm already exploring ATLAS. I've tried several times to try to unlock my progression and I can't. the quest marker remains active.
