You cannot move map overlay...

You cannot move the map overlay whatsover. Please address this issue. Make it, so we can move the map with left or right stick. Even if I zoom out, maps can get so big, you simply cannot get a complete overview if you missed something way back.

Turn off the landscape transparency the map will be easier to read even at lower transparency

Thanks but that doesnt solve the issue. PC can move the map, why cant console players do that? Seriously this is just basic stuff.
