Can’t access hideout PS5

So I bought the $100 EA pack for the hideout you get I am on PS5 and whenever I go to waypoint and click “travel to hideout” my game literally freezes every time and nothing happens I can press my touch pad and it goes back to normal but it’s literally impossible for
me to travel to my hideout. Pls try fix this

Same issue here, my map device in the Ziggurat Reguge is bugged too so can't map.

Yep, can’t load into Felled hideout unlocked on maps either 😫
