Game Breaking bug - ACT II Open the second gate

So recently i encountered a game breaking bug where you need to open the second gate but when you open the portal to enter the city and return the woman that needs to open it gets stuck and does nothing.

i don't know if i hit the portal or not but same.

just confirmed if you load a new instance ( go to the waypoint and control click on the same location you are. click new) and run the map again it circumvents the issue
