Glaciation support doesn't show on skill details

I just tried to link Glaciation support with Permafrost bolts and also other abilities.

For none of them it changed anything in the skill details / damage details.

I would have expected the inherit 80% freeze buildup from Permafrost bolts to change to either 130% (additive) or 170% (multiplicative). But it didn't change.

Also for skills that don't have inherent freeze buildup modifier, it didn't change anything.

Can't say if the gem works when fighting. Or if it is just a display issue.

Edit: from testing it a bit, it feels like my freeze buildup is faster.

I'm also not seeing the modifier change. Making me second guess whether it's actually working.

+1 and more: if you remove some freeze buildup nodes from passive skill tree, still this is not reflected in skill tooltip on the skill.
