Not receiving unlock code

Hello team,

It's been a while since I played last time and I have moved home.

Now I tried to log in POE2 and am asked to use an unlock code sent to my email address, which I do not receive at all.

I have tried put support@grindinggear.com into my contact as whitelisted and asked to resend the email, multiple times, and still can't find the code appearing in my email.

Please help me with this issue.

I have been trying to de-link my steam account from my account, but to do so i need to set an email on my account..

Every single time i try to send a validation code, to set my account email, i do not receive the validation code. (nothing in spams, and this adress: support@grindinggear.com is in my contacs)

My email is a "@hotmail.com", i am really hoping this will get fixed soon, as i have been trying to register an email to my account for years.

Ok, for all the people having issues receiving emails from path of exile, i may have a fix for you.

1. go to your mail app and find the settings > Mail > spam mails

2. Add a new "approved sender" and add this > support@grindinggear.com to the
list.

if that didn't work, if you have any already blocked domaines, try removing all of them from the list. You may have a commun IP/domaine that is being used for other web services in general (although this is higly unlikly).


In my case (hotmail user) i have added support@grindinggear.com to the aproval senders list from settings>mail>spam mails and removed all blocked domaines and i am now receiving the validation emails.

the problem is commun with microsft's domaines (outlook, hotmail) due to reinforced spam filtering policy, they are auto blocking emails without consent, the only workaround is to specify the domaine under approval list.
