EA supporter pack points not acquired

I bought the supporter pack for early access and didn't receive any of my mtx points to buy stuff in game.

Hi someone know how or when i can buy supporter pack Warlords of the karui on PlayStation 5. Its only 30$, 60, and 100 but there is no 240 and 480.

Please help this for 240 looks amazing.

for anyone that is missing mtx points from a new pack purchase on Playstation try the following:

1. In game visit the Microtransaction store. you should see the incorrect total of your points in the top-left.
2. select Buy Points from the options on left side of the store.

this should update/sync your account and you ought to see the correct total of points. you can now back out of the buying points section and go about your mtx purchasing.

I have a similar problem but I bought 200 coins packs via PS Store. Yesterday I tried to do what you wrote but it didn't update/sync the account. Even when I log in to the POE website it doesn't show the correct value of coins :(
