Why PS not offering just key?

Sony PSN are only offering 2 options for early access on the PS store

where is the option to just buy an access key??

Or is this Sony being complete scumbags and making you pay more for access?

You can buy just the key inside the POE1 Microtransactions menu.

It was always like that. PSN contain only a few packs, but most of them are inside in-game store, where you can also upgrade to high-tier packs.

Just visit the Sony PlayStation site, they have all the packs there, instead of looking for them on your console
