PS5 "Options" button is greyed out and game no freezes my entire console

So I have been smoothly enjoying the PS5 client for the game and I have not had any issues until I logged in today and just wanted to see what the 120hz option was like since my console can run it, but when I switched over to it my screen started flickering and stuttering until my whole console completely froze up to the point that I have to unplug it in order to even use it again. The game is literally unplayable now and I can't even switch the option back because now after even being on the login menu for a few seconds it freezes up again and as my title says the "Options" button isn't even usable.
I have already tried reinstalling it AND messing with the PS5 Game Preset settings. Completely at a loss and frustrated not being to even play anymore. Dernier bump le 4 déc. 2024 à 22:56:53

I have downloaded the PS4 version and there was no issues. Something might be very wrong with changing from 60hz to 120hz on the PS5 client but maybe I just got an unlucky bug.
