I’m planning on buying a support pack for my Xbox and was just wondering if I were to spend my points on that console, will it be skins transfer to my pc once I switch?

Are you talking about in PoE 2? Because then the answer is "yes".

Only Sony players are left in the cold with regard to cross-platform MTX.

I don't know if they've ever said whether any of this will affect PoE 1 as well? Honestly I wasn't really paying attention, since I'm on Sony.
