minimap crushing

after leaving the location the minimap disappears, I reinstalled the game but it only helped for a couple of hours and again the same problem
I play on PS 5, Frankfurt/Eurova gateway.
im using a wired connection

There is an alternative temp-fix for this problem that was discovered recently.

When you get the bug, follow these steps:

1) Fully close PoE

2) Launch a different game (you might have to try a few, D4 is known not to work, for example)

3) Fully close that game

4) Relaunch PoE
