Where is The Nameless Seer???

Anyone else having problems spawning the nameless seer? I've done 50+ juiced (110%+ quant 8-mod+) with my gold farm atlas (taking all shrine nodes) and scarabs on
T16 Strand map and he's been a no-show. Usually get him within 5-10 maps when i do the gold farm on T16 Glacier. Is this just the worst RNG ever or is there something in this since the last patch....?

50 maps is nothing.

Also, AFAIK, the nameless seer spawn rate is flat, unaffected by how juiced your maps are.

I don't know if there's been any good sciencing on that, but lots of anecdotal evidence agrees with it.

I think the expect rate is like 1 per 200 or something.

It's not 1 per 200 lol but it's definitely rng sometimes he can spawn 2 times in 5 maps or won't spawn in 50. But usually deli + ritual seems to spawn more from my exp. But it's not data just my exp. I would say just don't expect him and he would appear. I ran over 50 defiled and none. But on city square spawns a lot. The game knows you want to scry lol.
