Xbox Crash in multiplayer

I can run solo and not have any issues but when one or two guild members join there is too much graphics on the screen and it crashes. I don't need to see all the spells and things they are doing. Is there a way to turn off the animations for other players skills. Please help this is making the game unplayable with guild members. There should be a state to turn off some graphics. Please help
