I really need help with my build.

Look guys I have played many hours but never got this far in a league before. Normally I run into a wall with whatever build I'm doing around yellow maps and give up. This time I have been able to do some 16 maps. I have done 100/115 of my atlas and that's major for me. The problem is I want to keep going but I dont know how to get my character to do anything else. I keep dying in almost every T16 map but manage to complete some. I need help with my build and I just dont have any clue how to fix it or get better gear. I have about 10 divines after 50 plus hours of play this league and that's all I have. Can anyone help me or suggest what I should do?
