Game just dont work in Playstation 5

Im playing since the last league with this problem, cant do certain maps or mechanics and the game crash and Im back to menu, ritual, delirium, legion, beasts, 2 or more shrines and now the new league mechanic... I cant lvl up, I was 93%< crashed 6 portals in the entrancenof the map, lost all my exp and the map... ggg pls fix your game, stop ignoring ppl saying is not working !
