Auto attack

I jumped back to League of Legends for a few games and I was thinking "this is pissing me off less than PoE, but I can't pinpoint why", but then it came to me.

I could press A, click, and let the mayhem ensue, if i felt like it.

So that bring me to my point.

You guys should at least have the option to set one ability (of your choice, or just whatever is on the left button? either way would be better) to auto attack/ auto target.

So if you are just tearing through some stupid white mobs you don't have to click each one, you can just let your guy do his thing.

I think this would be a very very valuable addition to the user interface.

maybe it could just be an auto attack key like you hit "A" or whatever then press the button of the attack ability you want to use and your guy will just go for it.

as if anyone would use the attack command in a dota-game...

if you want to click once and watch what happens i'd recommend youtube
if you want drops besides there are many pre-configured D2 bots out there...

Having your person be able to pick the next target on his own is not botting and it's not too much to ask.

Its a fucking 10+ year old concept that just fucking works

and just because it's good for RTS games doesn't mean its not a good idea for ANY OTHER GAME

making the game easier to play without pointless fucking clicking is a no brainer

By your fucking logic why don't we just go back to Diablo 1 style where you have to click ONCE PER ATTACK

thats less botty than holding the mouse button down uh?

because fuck if you can just hold the mouse button down to keep attacking why don't you just fucking watch bots play the game on youtube or whatever

First of all, you are incredibly hostile. Just ridiculous. Second of all, no, it's a bad idea. It would take a great deal of the "action" out of "action" RPG. You would go from active to passive. If you don't like it, play another game. They will never change this core gameplay mechanic.
