Ps5 crashing game unplayable

To start I can't access any of my characters in league game keeps crashing, my characters in standard doesn't show any mtx i put on, and the whole character becomes invisible specially when i use divergence skin, the game is unplayed please fix this, i did everything rebuild console database, cleared cache deleted the game and installed it again and it's still the same I can't play , please fix it
