ps4 poe crashing on log in to necropolis character

it is crashing every time i log in to my necropolis character . i entered on my standard toon and it worked . i already deleted poe twice but still crashing every time .

im on ps5 . it crashes 5-10 sec into loading screen. psn is mahdi2007super

new discovery : i made a lvl 1 toon and was able to log in to necropolis but my 97 toon still crashes

removed the night lotus mtx and was able to log in
|
|
