Xbox Multipler Can't Play Together

Can we get an estimate on when this will be fixed or at least what the complexity is around fixing this (high or low)? My friend and I tried to play today and were not able to invite each other. Noticed this post from March 18th saying it was broken:

Looks like a 3 week old, multi-league bug (3.23, and now 3.24). Just looking for a headsup on when we should try, we're a bunch of older dudes that have little time to play together and don't want to hop on just to find out it doesn't work. Thanks
