Trade Market Inaccessible

On PS4 the Trade Market is not accessible anywhere in the game. In hideouts the link usually seen from pressing the option button is no longer there.

I am able to make premium tabs 'public' and set asking price but again there's no way of knowing if it's been sold.

This has been the case since rollout.
