Custom filters acting up.

I have used custom filters on the past and am used to having to re install to fix the usual bug.

Today I'm trying to set up a filter for this league and nothing is being filtered. I'm using NS as a base and am only trying to add a base.

Other people's custom filters are working for me.

Same problem, custom filter not working, old filters and other peoples filters work fine..
