Necropolis mechanic not working ckrrecy

I have tested it and what is happening is the Grave X is chosen over the crafted item lying on the ground. I have tried for 5 mins to pick up one item and had to leave it as I couldn't get a X to pick up on it. I had to leave 4 items in one session. It's a fun mechanic. Only wish it worked correctly on ps5.

100% correct. I have crafted 3 items and have not been able to pick up any of them. It just goes from the undertaker to each of the graves and never gives me an option to pick up the item I crafted.
