can i for example use 2 types of ultimtum scarab in the same map device? for example using scarab wich spawns ultimatum and also using a scarab wich guarantees ultimatum boss? they made it sound like you can but im not sure?

Yes, they work together.
For expedition there was one to get the encounter, and one that inc. the markers on the map, as an example. |

apparently some scarabs got limit 2 meaning you can even use 2 of the same scarabs for the map device and you can also use multiple different scarabs from same type like i can use scarab wich spawns expedition and i can also use 2 scarabs wich gives 100% increased runic monsters so this is pretty much confirmed it works as i thought you can use 5 scarabs for the same league mechanic

Yes!
Some Scarabs are built/balanced around each other, and their effects "stack", as one Scarab take advantage of another Scarab's effect. Notice that some Scarabs have limits as to how many you can use at the same time. Mark went through this pretty thoroughly in the live stream. I must say I like this system. Dropping/buying Scarabs is much better than rolling/buying sextants/compasses. Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.
