Controls unresponsive when turning on turtle beach

I have a usb looking thing that I plug into the back of my console to connect the headset to my Xbox that came with my Turtle Beach. When I turn it on the controls don't work for poe , every other game I play no problem. It only started happing a few days ago when I loaded poe up. the headset is a stealth 600 series Turtle Beach

I have bin using this headset for about a year with poe already with no problems but since the patch their is a problem.

***FIX***Had to update firmware on my headset and it's plug in device threw my computer
