Attacked during load screens

I can live with the unnecessarily long load times but I'm getting attacked while the loading screen is still showing. I tried a Maven invitation yesterday and was getting nuked to less than half life before I even had control of my character. Please, fix this.

Came to the forums to see if anyone else experienced the same. Was getting attacked during the loading screen for at least 4 seconds before I regained visuals. HC character too so it was pretty unnerving.

This happens because the Golem is active.
