What league mechanic would RF MF Chieftain be time efficient?

Hey guys it's my first time playing RF chieftain and I planned to do RF on near-full MF gear- only Sadima's Touch is nil.

DPS is at 2.5m DoT with Fire Trap and burning damage. eHp is at 39k so I have no problem in running non-uber bosses and guardian maps.
IIQ is at 71
IIR is 249

Speed is a concern tbh, I don't have MB nor HH yet. I am only at +60% MS (Phase Run, Quicksilver, Silver, +10MS Stygian). I've been playing Crimson Temple for so long past few leagues now I just want to do other farming strat that MF can reach with good map. What league mechanic and map would be time efficient?

Is Spider Forest + Abyss on Eater good in the hopes of The Doctor drops? Any recommendations would be appreciated!

It's great for legion and Alva, and you can do Harbs.

Thing is you need congestion, at it's max, as you say it's super slow.

If you want to MF, then any map any content is good since Chieftain w/o Fulcrum is... um, yeah

legion and rf is the worst thing you could do, stay away from legin while you are using rf!!
