Visual bug on Celestial Lacerate Effect

Hello, I've started playing the new league, and just acquired Lacerate, and I've been really surprised after equipping my good old Celestial effect that the visual was completly messed, and looking horrible.
It's a bit annoying since I'll have to deactiavte it until it's fixed

My drivers are up to date, and I have a 6800 XT.

It's not caused by Blood and Sand / Flesh and Stone, I've tried removing them but it made no difference
