Where can I see my accuracy?

I have some problems with finding out how high the accuracy of my character is. On console is no "Offense" tab. So where can I see the accuracy?

you can find it in game under the skill you are using. Like I did an accuracy stacking jugg and I go into my skills, I was using lightning strike and there it said I had like 76K mainhand and offhand accuracy and it shows a bunch of other stuff like crit chance. I think that part should be "accurate" but you'd have to go to path of building to find out the actual dps.
