Cyclone damage help me out please

Hello guys, i am pretty new in poe. But please can someone tell me where ppl get milions of dps? Whats the biggest boost that i missed?

I Really dont know what i am doing wrong. Yes, items are important but i think its not doing that mega boost with 40 milion combined dps.

Help me out :D

Apparently, you're running a crit build but it seems your crit chance is too low to sustain high crit damage. 32.11% crit chance on PoB.

check out this video. You need to balance crit chance and cooldown recovery, and of course have 100% accuracy.
