Sold Item and transferred chaos to stash but not there?!

On Xbox sold cluster jewel for 50 c and its not in my stash? Promise I looked everywhere and my currency tab affinity is checked. This has never happened before. Please help and thanks!

Correction I was transferring the chaos out of the trade window into my character inventory. Push my buttons really fast heard it click click click but nothing arrived in my character inventory???
