Lake of Kalandra - Releasing 11pm 1am 2am WHY?

While racing to 100 on console is not really a thing. POE is way harder on console than PC.

I personally do enjoy the mini-race we do have. Though starting at 11pm PST 1am CST and 2am EST for a release is a bit crazy. PC starts in the middle of the afternoon. Historically releases were also in the afternoon 3-7pm.

Why the massive shift in time?
