Unable to buy points, shop does not load [ Ps5 ]

Hello GGG,

as the title states, I have been unable to buy points for around 2 weeks now.

When I try to go in the shop tab to buy point it just keeps loading without ever opening the point shop.

I have tried to let it load for over 30 minutes without success.

I'm playing the Ps4 version on Ps5.

Edit: Gateway is Washington Dc

I have the same problem on my PS4 Pro and have been unable to buy points for around a week now. I've tried different Gateways but selecting "Buy Points" just says "Loading ..." forever.

The MTXes screens seem fine but without being able to buy points, I can't buy any MTXes.

Update : I contacted Support and they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I did that and it's working now.
