Flashing 14 in SSFHC?

What is the flashing symbol with the 14 that is next to the XP bar? I only see it on my Standard SSFHC characters.

If it's a star, you have 14 "ATLAS POINTS" to assign to your Atlas tree. open your atlas, then LEFT STICK - Up on circle control.
