Whats the dmg difference between this and a chief cyclone? Is it alot more?

@wotad: It depends on your equipment and also a bit on the skill-tree. You can also play with 6K life and much more damage. Or 7000K and a bit less damage. But I like at the moment this think.
- High Block Chance - High HP Score - ES / HP Regeneration (2,5K each) Everything but Elemental Reflect maps playable - also this is possible but you have to be change skill gems... |

if you want to have high-end equipment it will be expensive. But you can play also with cheap equipment - you really only need the staff. All other things are more or less flexible.
