Rune Monster Corrupting Blood nemesis Affix

I tried over 10 times to defeat an Expedition rune monster in the Blood aqueducts (act 9), everytime i hit it i was hit with 10 stacks of bleed that just kills me, i only once got close enough to the mob to find out not only did it have the corrupting blood Nemesis affix but also life regen.

is there any counter-play to this??, i have survived bleed numerous times but this type seems impossible to counter other than just skipping expedition instances on the blood aqueducts.

Remove/immune bleed potion if you're not already using one. If you are using one and still having issues, just skip it.
