Possible to craft 900ES+ Vaal Regalia ?

Vaal Regalia's with 900+ ES are expensive..

My question is, if I pick up white ones I find in maps, and then use Orb of Transmutation on them... Do I have a chance to roll 900+ ES on it?

Does itemlevel matter in that case? Or does any Vaal Regalia 66+ work?

Might be a good way to spend my Tranmutations and hopefully eventually I will get a high ES one and then I can regal+exalt it.

Can someone confirm this could work?

You'll never get a 900+ es chest from a transmute. The retardedly high es comes entirely from 3 es prefixes and a magic item will only ever have one.

Oh, but you're asking about a Transmutation. No, you're going to need both prefixes and a strong suffix to break the 900.

No. There is a 1k Regalia available allready for mirrowing.

A 900+ES Vaal Regalia requires 3 affixes of ES:

+max ES
%increased ES
%increased ES/%stun recovery

With a magic chest (affix+suffix), you will only have one of those affixes listed above. Now, if you Regal the magic chest, you have the potential of getting another one of those affixes listed above (bringing the possible outcome to at most 800 ES). Now, you need to Exalt it three more times, and hope that the last affix is another ES affix.

How are you getting 947?

Base Vaal Regalia = 175
+148 max es = 323
20% quality = 387.6
176% increased ES = 1069.776

Rounded to whole number, the max ES currently is 1070.

you can reach something about 420 es on just a blue vaal itemlvl 72+
