Technically the countdown ends at 23:59 / 11:59 pm UTC 21st of April.

Since with summer time the central Europe time will be at 2 in the night you could pretty much say it start on Thursday 22nd really.

And New Zealand is like +12 so it will be around noon on Thursday for them when they deploy.

Is this 7pm UK time?

In UK will be on 4 AM. On 22

so 8pm EST?
