[PS5] Unable to login any standard characters due to "an unexpected disconnection occurred"

1. What platform you're playing on, listing [PS4], or [Xbox] at the beginning of your thread name.
2. What time this happened 10minutes ago 3. Gateway / Location Australia 4. Error messages when failing to teleport, or load into a zone. "An unexpected disconnection occurred." 5. Are you crashing to the console dashboard, or disconnecting back to the login screen? Disconnecting back to login screen 6. If you can reproduce the 100% of the time a video clip would be handy. Macrossium I can login ritual league characters but get a disconnection error when logging in any of my standard league characters. Thanks for your report.
Is this still occurring for you? It sounds like a connection problem so I would recommend disconnecting your console from the internet for a few seconds then reconnecting. If this doesn't help try restarting your router. | |

Yes the problem is still occurring.
I've shut down my PS5, router and modem for a few minutes and started everything back up. I am still unable to log in characters that are in standard league however I am able to log in ritual league characters successfully (as before). Please see my video link in my opening post for the exact reproduction steps. |

This happened to me too.
Solution is : In ps5 home screen menu go to settings. Then users and accounts, other, sign out. Then log back in and problem fix. I have this problem on most poe patch since i got ps5. When i first got the error ggg wasnt able to help, it was an other user who posted like i did that solved my problem. I tired delete and reinstall it didnt fix. Only sign out help, but from the way i wrote, |
