Elementalist Mjolner Build

I am wanting to do a Mjolner build with Ball lightning in some way. I have currently gotten an Inpulsa, divergent ball lightning, ball lightning fires additional projectile, and a mjolner. This is what i have currently theorycrafted. https://pastebin.com/Hh0WTNWm
I know some of the gear is perfect but I was trying to play around to see how tanky I could make this build. I currently was looking at cast while channeling with lightning tendrils and ball lightning. Then using arc with conductivity in mjolner.
Cast on crit with cyclone would be preferred route but i dont know if that would work.
Any help would be appreciated.
