Mini map bug, how to solve that?

I got this old bug (many threads about this bug since one year, pc or console), everytime change location ( go back in town, vaal portal or harvest..) the mini map is reset, it's boring and it seems there is no solution.
Is there something new now, any clue to solve that?
On ps5, happening since I used the portal gem for the first time, remove it didn't fix the problem.

I'm not sure which threads you were looking at. Nearly all of the ones in the Console section of the forums for the past year or so have at least one comment that mentions the solution: Do a full reinstall of the game.

I do hope GGG figures this out, because it seems *far* more people are reporting it now, and it would really suck to have to reinstall on a regular basis. Especially for those of us with terrible internet, or metered connections.

Not especially on this forum, but many threads in pc section, reddit, or other forum talking about poe,some of them was created in January 2020.
