That inside ring for game discs doesn't look particularly welcoming to the sensitive skin of a person's most privates. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

" This just feels like a way to try to justify the 3 month schedule to me, and I personally have no doubt they will QA/bug fix 3.13 all the way up to release. Letting it sit for 1-1.5 months doesn’t make any sense at all. Ninja.

This is very unfortunate and disappointing to hear. I can understand with how bad this league was released and the state that it's been in for weeks. I'm surprised this is the choice. I can highly see this other game being pushed back again, it's only the third time so why believe them now? This additional month realistically isn't going to buy them enough time to finish the game. Sad news either way, but there's a lot of other games attempting to release in December anyway.
