Setting Exact Pricing On XBOX

While trying to price an item for sale. The only option offered is "Negotiable Price" and the dropdown box is greyed out.

Is this a bug I need to report or can someone tell me how to unlock or interact with the dropdown?

Edit: spelling is hard.

Been like this since release. Hoping it is to allow for more options in the future (like auto-buy out).

Yeah, the "drop-down" tab there has never functioned at all. (Xbox)

It non-functionality, though direct implication that is has some function, is pretty "telling"... It's a constant symbol of "let's do this" and then "we can't figure out how to do this" sort of thing.
