Really good PoB instead of Cannabilsit Rite i get the mastery "skills cost life instead of 15% of mana cost." Free's up 1 point. Only works if you have decent reduction to skill cost.

How does the build feel if we are swapping out not exerting travel skills for the ailments node instead? Just need to roll the cries a bit more, second wind support becomes very needed?

I can see the value in that, I hadn't spotted it as an option for the mastery but that sounds like a great extra defensive layer.

Fine for lower levels. You're gonna want +attack speed and +# to # physical damage on that eventually. Cherry on top would be +crit chance too

I am now top 1 dps on the poe ninja for ice crash at around 10million first hit damage...not sure what are the next few big upgrades, any suggestions guys?
