CoC and Cinderswallow

Hey guys,

I was wondering how most of you guys build your CoC characters with Cinderswallow flask.

I know that the breakpoints for CoC aps is 6.06, 7.57, and 10.1.

My questions is, am I suppose to hit those breakpoints while Cinderswallow flask/onslaught is active?
