Scammer in trade - make a blacklist

Hi

It would be possible to add a black list in the ps4 trade because I'm tired of refusing fossil offers for exalted. right now i have 2 different offers with 1 lucent fossil for 2 exalted.
Every time I do the report but it seems to be of no use. I will have reported at least 20 times today.
