Fps problem

hi, first i warn, i'm french and using google trad

I currently have a lot of lag on Poe, my fps are not stable at all and bones between 30 and 60 in the celestial hideout without moving, and I am at 35 fps average in map with big drops to 10/5 see 0 when I kill packs.

I am currently on a portable PC with a Gtx 1050 and an i5-7300HQ

I also specify that during the last league I was at 90 fps with sometimes small descents to 80, so I could play, but currently it is impossible for me to play the games under these conditions, so if someone could help me, it would be my pleasure !! (I will often check the answers) thx !
