Can't see Atlas Map or Delve map

It started happening after the last patch

Have you tried a hard reset of your console? If you’re on Xbox hold in the power button for 15 seconds let the unit power down, remove the power cord from the back of the console then push the button to power on and drain the excess power out of the system wait 30 seconds then plug back in and power up. If that fails, try a fresh install.

Same issues.
Only seen it happen on the atlas once, before 3.10d, and couldn’t repeat it. On Delve mine map it is frequent, usually can see map for first Delve node and then it goes blank (can still see the node applets but actual map is blank). A logout and back in solves it it returns again after one node. Have tried the hard reboot, with a saved data for PoE deletion, which hasn’t worked. Have very slow broadband (5Mbit) so will try a fresh install overnight. (ALL typos lack of caps, punctuation and general errors are copyright Timbo Industries - Laziness Division)

Getting the same on ps4, the map was visable for 1st azurite node but when i died (GGG loves their elemental resistant monsters) and managed to get back into the mine the map was blank except for the very top part.

" Hiya mte, been a while. Yeah I tried standard for a little while and doesnt seem to happen there, only league. There is a workaround, scroll around the map and it refreshes, which will do for now. Also had the bug happened again on the atlas, workaround (scrolling doesnt work) is to socket or unsocket a watchstone and then it will refresh. Just got to maps and am experiencing this with the atlas. I don't have watchstones yet so can't try that workaround. Beyond hard reset and fresh install, have any other workarounds been discovered?
Update: After multiple hard resets and uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I'm still experiencing this issue. I've noticed the atlas is visible upon logging in, but disappears after completing a map. Dernière édition par TodashNineteen#8432, le 21 juil. 2020 à 16:54:33
